Alec specializes in working with adolescents and young men (ages 13 to 36) struggling with sexual or pornography addiction—or other related compulsive behaviors. These behavioral challenges are often accompanied by anxiety, depression, shame, loneliness, relationship difficulties or other co-occurring addictions. 

Alec’s background is working with adults, teens and adolescents in different settings and he came to Counseling & Recovery Partners to add expertise in working with teens on the difficult issues of compulsive behaviors.

Alec earned his Masters of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wichita State University and has been working with teens and adolescents for almost a decade.

Alec is licensed in both Kansas and Missouri.
